Brian’s journey with Auto-Wares Group of Companies began in 2009 as a delivery driver at our Auto Value Houghton Lake location. With his drive to excel in the industry, Brian was promoted to a salesperson role in 2011. By 2017, he advanced to District Manager for Central Michigan,where he emerged as an inspiring leader, dedicated to the growth and success of every team member in his district.
As District Manager, Brian not only focused on recruitment and development within the industry, but he also achieved success in helping his stores consistently meet their key performance indicators (KPIs) and operate smoothly. His efforts ensured that each location ran efficiently, reflecting his commitment to upholding high standards across the board. He attended college career fairs, networked through the Young Automotive Networking Group (YANG), and continually refined his leadership skills, solidifying his impact on the team and the industry. Thanks to his dedication, Brian was awarded several scholarships to support his growth, including the prestigious Leadership 2.0 and Heavy-Duty Leadership Scholarships through Northwood University.
Today, we are thrilled to announce Brian as the new Director of Sales for Auto-Wares Group of Companies! This well-deserved promotion reflects his hard work and leadership. We are confident he will inspire our sales force as they pursue ambitious goals and drive our company forward. Beyond his new role, Brian will continue serving as a Tech Expo committee member and lead our Customer Relationship Management program. Reflecting on his journey, Brian credits his success to “the many mentors who have guided [him]—from internal mentors to vendors, manufacturers, and customers who have shown unwavering support and encouragement”.
He also thanks his wife, Samantha (of 11 years), and his daughter, Margret, who brings endless joy to his life.It’s truly inspiring to witness the growth and dedication of our team members. Brian’s journey exemplifies what hard work ,determination, and a strong support system can achieve.
