Congratulations to Maria Winquest, Natasha Stearns, and Sara Taylor of Auto-Wares Group of Companies, as they were honored as part of AftermarketNews’ 2025 class of Women at the Wheel!

Now in its sixth year, the Women at the Wheel program spotlights leaders who represent a powerful force in the automotive world, a historically male-dominated field. These honorees are pioneers and operational experts who are each making their unique mark in the auto sector.
Here’s a closer look at the three outstanding women representing Auto-Wares in this year’s class:
Maria Winquest brings passion, organization, and purpose to every interaction in her role as Events and Communication Manager. Her leadership ensures company messaging is meaningful and memorable, while her event planning excellence fosters strong connections across the organization. Maria shared powerful advice about perseverance, especially when facing doubt or being underestimated,
“Stay focused, follow your path, and let your results speak louder than the doubts.”

Growing up in a family-owned business, Natasha Stearns learned early the values that still shape her approach today: hard work, loyalty, and integrity. As Operations Coordinator, she brings a deep understanding of day-to-day logistics and passion to everything she does. Natasha encourages others to step into their voices and lean into growth.
“Speak up, your perspective brings value. Stay confident, keep learning, ask questions, and stay curious.”

With over 32 years at Auto-Wares, Sara Taylor has been a steady and strategic force throughout many roles and departments, and now as the Telecommunication Architect and Network Support within the IT department. Her technical expertise and knowledge make her an integral part of the company’s infrastructure. Sara believes in broadening your skills and understanding the bigger picture,
“When you take time to understand the needs at every level of your company, you can build solutions that truly help everyone.”
Her message to women in the automotive aftermarket? “Expand your talents – don’t limit yourself!”

Maria, Natasha, and Sara are setting the pace—and we’re proud to see their leadership recognized. Please join us in celebrating these incredible honorees of the AMN’s 2025 Women at the Wheel!
