We’re excited to welcome James Bannister to Auto-Wares as our new Director of Training. James brings over 20 years of experience in leadership and process optimization, making him an invaluable addition to our team. His career spans roles in operations and training, and he’s known for crafting innovative training programs that drive growth and develop teams across industries, including Fortune 500 companies.
Starting his career as a technician and achieving ASE Master Certification, James has worn many hats — from technical product specialist to shop foreman to operations manager. In every role, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead, mentor, and develop impactful training programs, backed by his Automotive Technology degree from Lincoln Technical Institute.
Beyond his professional life, James finds inspiration from his wife Cynthia and their four children: Keith (18), Jaiden (15), Jeremiah (10), and Eva (6). Together, they enjoy traveling, exploring new foods, and discovering new places. In his personal time, James has a passion for flying drones, photography, and tackling home improvement projects.
At Auto-Wares, James will lead training efforts, focusing on empowering our employees and customers through comprehensive learning and development programs. His role is essential in ensuring our teams across stores, warehouses, and corporate functions have the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to meet our strategic goals.
